.ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – Philip Heelan has joined Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. as Director of Property Management.
Heelan brings more than16 years of architectural design and project management experience with firms such as Benson Worley Architecture Studio in St. Petersburg and Gould Evans Associates, Tampa. Before joining Goodwill he founded and served as vice president of Hurricane Custom Billiards, a St. Petersburg company specializing in the design and fabrication of one-of-a-kind billiard and gaming tables.
In his current position, Heelan will direct all construction projects and property management throughout
Goodwill-Suncoast’s 10-county service area.
