Educational Seminar presented by CAI West Florida Chapter
Condominium Board Members and Homeowners are invited to attend an educational seminar on Thursday, January 10th at the Renaissance on 9th (1816 9th Street West, Bradenton FL 34205).
Take a peek inside a panel discussion with an HOA CAM, a Condo CAM, an Attorney and a Community Association Volunteer Leader/Board Member on the perpetually confounding issues surrounding ‘Pets, Parking and People’ associated with community associated living.
This is a 2-hour classroom course with two community association managers, an attorney and a community association volunteer leader or board member. The teaching method utilized for this course will consist of a lecture followed by a question and answer session at the end. Handouts will be provided as references for the attendee to review.
The West Florida chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) sponsors a series of educational programs for Condominium, Co-op and Homeowner Association members. These programs are open to any association board members and condo/home owners. The seminars are FREE to CAI West Florida Chapter Members and $5.00 for Non- Members, seating is limited and participants must pre-register.
