The complete menu is attached, and entrée highlights include a traditional turkey dinner, fish papillote, and braised beef short ribs. The hors d’oeuvres are available as individual portions and array from smoked salmon and crab cakes to meatball kebabs and fluffy Parmesan biscuits. The dessert menu offers such specialties as Belgian chocolate cake and strawberry tiramisu.
“I was inspired by traditional American favorites I’ve observed to include some of those favorites in my special holiday menu, adding a unique European sensibility to heighten the dining sensation,” says Chef Pierre. “I am very happy to also present some of my favorites alongside them like the salmon filet in white wine sauce and beef sauerbraten with dumplings.”
In addition to delivering meals from appetizers through desserts, La Table du Chef can also provide a “chef at home” services, preparing the meal, managing the shopping, and working to arrange the menu. La Table du Chef is available for such private affairs as well as catering events of all sizes.
