New York Times bestselling author and TV’s TurnAround King, Grant Cardone announced today his sixth Florida real estate acquisition in the month of November alone with the purchase of an apartment community in Daytona Beach, Florida for $33 million.
A 20+ year resident of California, Cardone moved to Florida and made the largest private party acquisition of multi-family real estate units in 2012 with his $58 million purchase of a South Florida apartment portfolio. His Daytona purchase puts him well over the $90 million mark for Florida investment in November alone. He is in the process of bringing his other businesses; Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. and Cardone Enterprises over and is planning to take over most of the top floor of the historic City National Bank Building on Miami Beach.
