The Bradenton Blues Fest is making its first appearance at the new Riverwalk this Saturday from 11-8 p.m.
The Blues Fest features a stellar team of nationally-touring blues artists, according to its organizer, Realize Bradenton. There also will be food, drinks, art and many vendors.
The lineup includes Ruthie Foster, Kenny Neal, Dave “Biscuit” Miller, Johnny Sansone, Southern Hospitality, Homemade Jamz, Steve Arvey Horn Band featuring Henry Lawrence and Ben Prestage.

Also on Saturday, Old Main Street will close between Manatee and Third avenues from 3 p.m. until around 2 a.m. but there will not be live music on the street.
There will be a sneak preview of Blues Fest from 6-9 p.m. Friday at Riverwalk with live music from Selwyn Birchwood Band and Kettle of Fish. Discounted tickets for Saturday will be available for purchase.
