The Oasis is a ” top- of-class “ downtown Ft Myers riverfront condominium project consisting of 440 units in twin, 32-story towers. The average sales price per square foot for units sold in 2012 was over $163 per unit. The total purchase price was in excess of $10.8 million dollars.
