Southwest Florida–NutterCustom Construction broke ground on its first new home model in The Lake Club this week, Lakewood Ranch’s most exclusive private gated community off University Parkway. “We are excited to enter the Lakewood Ranch market with this spectacular home,” said T.J. Nutter, president and CEO of Nutter Custom Construction. “The Lake Club model will be a great opportunity for our quickly growing company to showcase what we do best- create stunning homes at a great value with stellar client service,” said Nutter.
The 3586 square foot new home model is called The Windward and will have three bedrooms and four bathrooms and will be designed with a British West Indies theme. It is expected to be completed by late February 2013. Nutter Custom Construction is also currently building in Harbor Acres, Venice and Bradenton, FL.
