Nationally renowned executive coach Lisa Huetteman distills five keys to success through values centered leadership
Tampa, Fla. (Nov. 1, 2012) – Lisa Huetteman, an experienced executive success strategist, today announced the release of her new book, The Value of Core Values: Five Keys to Success through Values Centered Leadership. Available for purchase on the author’s web site, the book distills the best practices of leaders who understand that while having the right strategy is needed to compete, having the right culture is essential for long term success.
“I am very excited about the launch of my new book, and sharing the stories of some of the remarkable leaders who have built profitable companies without sacrificing the values they hold most dear,” said Huetteman. “By sharing their wisdom, I show how every leader who internalizes the five principles for achieving success through values-centered leadership can reap the extraordinary benefits of living core values as well.”
The Value of Core Values centers on five keys to values centered leadership: owning, defining, sharing, institutionalizing, and honoring your core values each and every day. The book provides a template that works for individuals as well as organizations. In fact, Huetteman advocates that individuals go through the process of determining their core values so that they achieve greater self-awareness and an understanding of the kind of values they should look for in companies they would consider working for or doing business with. For employers, the five keys allow them to share with their management, employees, vendors, and customers a consistent message that defines their essence and how they do business.
