TAMPA BAY, FL – The Tampa Bay Times, Florida’s largest newspaper, has launched a multimedia branding campaign that features images from its news coverage and an original song, The Amazing Story.
The campaign includes TV, radio, billboards, rack cards with a QR code, and signs at our signature partner locations, including the Tampa Bay Times Forum, Tampa International Airport, International Plaza, and the David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Performing Arts. Readers also will see ads within the pages of the Times.
The TV and radio commercials feature the song, The Amazing Story, which can be downloaded from the site, http://www.tampabay.com/amazingstories/. The amazing images and stories featured in the campaign are included on the site.
“The song is the foundation of a campaign that really captures the essence of our brand through emotions,” said Times Vice President of Sales and Marketing Bruce Faulmann. “Our amazing stories are among the many reasons why we have become Tampa Bay’s favorite news source.”
The Amazing Story song was written by Allen DiCenzo and performed by WHOA Label recording artist Dean Johanesen. DiCenzo, CEO of Circa Music, has a studio in St. Petersburg, Fla. and has provided songs for Visit Florida, Tampa Bay Rays, Sony Xperia, Einstein Brothers, Cooper Tires, Wendy’s and Nationwide Insurance and many other companies.
