Ginn has raised more than $100 Million philanthropic dollars in 32 countries and all 50 states. She has led organizations in fundraising efforts increasing managed assets and commitments substantially in each organization where she’s been involved. She is recognized for her educational seminars for donors, professional fundraisers, advisors and global partnerships.
“My approach is to always build strong and meaningful relationships with donors and help them find the great satisfaction and joy in giving,” stated Ginn. “I am excited about introducing new donors to the significant work of Manatee Glens and its positive impact on the lives of so many people in our community.”
Ginn is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and has served on the boards of CFRE International as well as President of the Arkansas Chapter of Partnerships for Philanthropic Planning. Prior to joining Manatee Glens, she served as Vice President of Development of Quest, Inc. in Orlando. She was previously the interim President of CFRE International and prior to that, President and CEO of Heifer Foundation in Little Rock, AR.
