TAMPA, Fla. — Lennar Homes will host a grand opening Saturday, Oct. 13 to showcase new model homes at Triple Creek located off Balm Riverview Road just south of Big Bend Road in Riverview, the South Shore area of Hillsborough County.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lennar plans to build 172 new three, four, five, six and seven-bedroom homes at Triple Creek that range in size from 1,900 square feet of living space to 4,000 square feet priced from the $170s.
Lennar will unveil its Sequoia model home with six bedrooms, three baths, a den and a bonus room 3,889 square feet of living space priced in the mid-$200s with a three-car garage.
The Celador model home, also open for viewing, offers six bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a bonus room in 2,696 square feet of living area priced from $219,990 with a two-car garage.
The grand opening event, scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., will feature food and refreshments and a special construction fun zone for the kids, complete with hard hats, Metheny said.
Presales are already underway at Triple Creek, Metheny added.
Triple Creek is located adjacent to the Triple Creek Greenway, a 1,200 acre preserve and protected habitat owned and managed by Hillsborough County with 3.5 miles of hiking trails, more than 18 miles of mountain bike trails and more than a dozen man-made, stocked lakes open for fishing.
