CAI – West Florida chapter of Community Associations Institute is sponsoring a series of FREE educational seminars for Condominium, Co-op and Homeowner Associations. These programs are open to any Condominium or Homeowner Board Member or Individual Homeowner who may be interested in this topic.
Homeowners, and board members – will find out more about how they can make their Repair/Construction projects a success. The following items will be discussed:
Identify the problem and determining a plan of action.
Bidding, Construction and successful completion.
Panelists include Jennie Byram– Community Association Manager and David Karins, P.E., of Karin Engineering Group, Inc.
The Seminar will take place Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the Renaissance on 9th, 1816 9th Street West, Bradenton; FL. Registration begins at 8:00am and the program runs through 11:30am.
Also, during this event, businesses that specialize in serving the community association industry will be on hand during a “mini trade show” to display their products and services and answer questions.
