Hanan, Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick LLP, chair; David Sessions, Willis A. Smith Construction Inc., immediate past chair; Rod Hershberger, PGT Industries, vice chair; Laura Spencer, Community Foundation of Sarasota County, secretary; Allan Barberio, Kerkering, Barberio & Co., treasurer. Mark Huey serves as the president and CEO.
