Warren joins community representatives Holly Stockell and John Sackett at the Tidewater Preserve Welcome Center, located at 4700 Tidewater Preserve Blvd. Another representative was needed to keep pace with increasing visitor and sales activity at the community, which has recorded the third-highest visitor traffic this year among WCI’s nine communities in Florida .
With nearly 30 years of sales experience, Warren is a licensed real estate agent and previously held positions as team leader, business consultant and branch office broker-manager.
Warren is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and the Manatee Association of Realtors, where she serves as the 2012 chairperson for the Professional Development Committee.
