LARGO – The Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce has announced the 2017 recipients of its annual Largo High School scholarships. Each of the three winners was presented with a $1,000 award. They are:
Sara Bradaric, daughter of Sanja and Fiuret Bradaric, who plans to major in biology and then pursue studies in dentistry. Her long range goal is to open a dental practice in this area.
Sean Robinson, son of Eric and Debbie Robinson. He plans to study environmental engineering as an undergrad, and continue in this concentration through graduate school.
Zakaria Seghrouchni, son of Ali Segrouchni, who plans to pursue an education in medical technologies. His long range goal is to provide medical assistance to developing countries.
“We had more than a dozen of great applicants for these scholarships,” said Laurie Bunce of Centratel Business Telephones and chairman of the Chamber’s Scholarship Committee. “It was very difficult to narrow our choices to three. We look forward to following their progress and sharing in their success.”
