    Broker Scott Clendening represented the landlord, W. Higman Enterprises in the lease of 6,300 SF of industrial space located at 4301 34th Street N., St. Petersburg.

     

    CPR Team member Frank Bozikovich represented seller Phillip Schreier, in the sale of 11.8 Acres of land at the intersection of Symmes Rd and I-75 for $500,000.

     

    Frank Bozikovich represented the buyer, Skyway Marina, LLC, in the purchase of 9 Acres of land located at 30th Avenue S and US Hwy 19 in St. Petersburg, FL. The property sold for $4.3 million.

     

    Erik Anderson represented the landlord, Waters Edge Office Center, Inc., in leasing over 5,000 SF of the Waters Edge Office Center located at 2963 Gulf to Bay Blvd., Clearwater FL.

     

    CPR’s QA Team of Dan Quarles and Austin Karrick represented the landlord, Arlington Business Records in leasing almost 1,900 SF of flex space at 601 26th Street S. in St. Petersburg.

     

    CPR Team member Erik Anderson represented seller Marcy Gleicher, ARNP, in the sale of a 1,000 SF Office Condo, located at 6740 Crosswinds Dr. N., St. Petersburg, FL. The condo sold for $108,000.

     

    Dan Quarles and Austin Karrick represented the landlord, Mainstream Business Park, in the lease of 4,800 SF of office space.

     

    Broker Scott Clendening represented the buyer, Bridgepoint Church in the purchase of 11,312 SF of Office space at 6735 Crosswinds Dr., St. Petersburg, FL for $1,500,000.

     

    Scott Clendening represented the Seller, B Developments, in the sale of a 21,176 SF Office building located at 5830 142nd Ave N., Clearwater, FL for $3,250,000.

     

    CPR Team member Frank Bozikovich represented sellers Casey and Elizabeth Ingram in the sale of a 3,000 SF Retail store at 2000 34th Street S., St. Petersburg. FL for $215,000.

     

    Broker Scott Clendening represented the seller, F7 Properties, in the sale of 2.4 acres of land at 801 E. Baker St., Plant City FL. for $875,000.
