• Pulte Homes Selling at Starkey Ranch on SR 54 North of Tampa

    Grand Opening Event Set For Saturday May 13

     

    TAMPA, Fla. — Pulte Homes will host a grand opening at Starkey Ranch on Saturday, May 13 to showcase its Life Tested® luxury homes within the award winning master-planned community, located on State Road 54 at Heart Pine Avenue, four miles west of the Suncoast Parkway.

     

    Visitors are invited from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for tours of three decorated model homes, the Heatherton, Arbordale, and Valleybrook, along with live music and refreshments, according to Sean Strickler, division president for Pulte Homes in West Florida. 

     

    Pulte Homes has begun selling its 16 one and two-story homes at Starkey Ranch ranging from approximately 1,980 to 4,399 square feet of living area offering open floor plans designed for how families live today and fine-tuned utilizing homeowner feedback.
