    SALES:

                1.  Sale of a 44,191 square foot industrial facility located at 13900 US Hwy 19                  North, Clearwater, FL 33764 which sold for $1,350,000.  The buyer was MLP                  Enterprises, Inc.; the seller was Mid Pinellas Tech Property Inc.

     

                2.  Sale of a 15,500 square foot industrial facility located at 13750 49th Street                    North, Clearwater, FL 333762 which sold for $600,000.  The buyer was The D                 Holdings, Inc.; the seller was M.O. Precision Molders, Inc.

     

    3.  Sale of a 24,320 square foot industrial facility located at 2147 Pine Forest         Drive, Largo, FL 33764 which sold for $875,000. The buyer was Bill M Puckett; the seller was NEW10, LLC. 

     

                4.  Sale of a 34,446 square foot industrial facility located at 9937 Race Track                     Road, Tampa, FL 33626 which sold for $1,200,000.  The buyer was Debali,                     LLC; the seller was Coastal Holdings I, LLC.

                          

                5.  Sale of a 18,612 square foot industrial facility located at 401 Douglas Road                  East, Oldsmar, FL 34677 which sold for $820,000.  The buyer was SRSL,                                  LLC; the seller was Aggeis, LLC.

     

                6.  Sale of a 7,450 square foot industrial facility located at 6340 118th Avenue                   North, Largo, FL 33773 which sold for $430,000. The buyer was NA Global                     Investments; the seller was Colorado Boxed Beef Co.

     

    LEASES:

    [if !supportLists]1.      [endif]Lease renewal of a 40,800 square foot industrial facility located at 13902 Lynmar Blvd, Tampa, FL 33626.  The tenant was Promedica, Inc; the landlord was    Custom Components Company, LLC.

     

                2.  Lease of a 8,295 square foot industrial facility located at 13510 Prestige                        Place, Tampa, FL 33626.  The tenant was DigitalCM, LLC; the

                landlord was Pizzini, Inc.      

               

    3.  Lease of a 3,000 square foot industrial facility located at 891 Dunbar Avenue, Oldsmar, FL 34677.  The tenant was Countryside Tile; the landlord                      was Frank J. Mullen.  

               

                4.  Lease of a 7,500 square foot industrial facility located at 1902 North 43rd                     Street, Suite C., Tampa, FL 33605.  The tenant was Guttermaxx L.P.; the land-              lord was J.P.M. & Associates.           

               

                5.  Lease of a 6,465 square foot industrial facility located at 1800 12th Street                     SE, Largo, FL 33780.  The tenant was Pebble Pros, LLC; the landlord was 1800          12SETrust.

     

                6.  Lease of a 5,000 square foot industrial facility located at 4711 126 Avenue                   Suite D, Clearwater, FL 33762. The tenant was Fiberoptics Inc.; the landlord                       was Leslie A Rubin, LLC.

     

                7.  Lease of a 9,234 square foot industrial facility located at 3320-B at 3320                       North Scherer Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.  The tenant was Advanced           Nutrition Science International; the landlord was Avistone Gateway, LLC.

     

                8. Lease of a 10,224 square foot industrial facility located at 6203 80th Avenue                 North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.  The tenant was Ronson Recycling, Inc.; the                     landlord was Pan American Investments Group.

     

                9. Lease of a 16,000 square foot industrial facility located at 5256 Eagle Trail                    Drive, Suite F, Tampa, FL 33634.  The tenant was Allied Manufacturing; the                 landlord was Liberty Property Trust.

     

                10.  Lease of a 6,000 square foot industrial facility located at 11813 44th Street                 North, Clearwater, FL 33672. The tenant was 24-7 Hydraulics; the landlord                     was Annette Johnson Tst.
