ST. PETERSBURG, FL (April 11, 2017) – The final two games of the of St. Petersburg International Baseball’s seventh season welcomes the Puerto Rico Elite and Europe’s World All-Stars baseball teams this Thursday, April 13, and Saturday, April 15. Games will be played at the historic Huggins-Stengel Field, 1320 Fifth Street North, where Mayor Rick Kriseman will throw out the first pitch on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. The April 15 game begins at 1 p.m.
The World All-Stars team features players from 12 countries, including Australia, Belarus, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, and three continents. Meanwhile, players from Mexico, Nicaragua, and Puerto Rico round out the Puerto Rican roster.
Admission to both games is free with free parking available. Gates open one hour prior to game time.
