The property contains a 120,000 SF former Kmart building. The $3,125,000 sale was an off market transaction to Friendly Kia.
The seller, a private investment group based out of Tampa, was represented by Bobby Eggleston of RMC Property Group and Jon Schwartz of Tandem Development.
