Taulbee brings a wealth of voluntary leadership experience to the board of FCE. Active in Orlando, he has served as a city councilman and member of the Charter Review & Code of Conduct Commission and board member of the Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Maitland; as well as president and board member, Art & History Museums; board member of United Arts of Central Florida and board member of the business caucus of the Florida Chamber of Commerce. In Tampa, he was a member of the board of Children’s Museum of Tampa and University of Tampa board of counselors, as well as a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Hillsborough County Special Olympics and Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Tampa.
