• Revenue Management Solutions promotes two key members of leadership team

    Company names new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer

    TAMPA, Fla. (March 22, 2017) – Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) announced today the promotions of Mark Kuperman to Chief Operating Officer and Joel Davis to Chief Strategy Officer. RMS is a pioneering company that brings a data-based approach to pricing and business strategy for many of the world’s top restaurant companies.

    Mark Kuperman will oversee all client relationships and will be responsible for RMS’ teams across all five of its offices (Tampa, London, Paris, Singapore and Tokyo). In the role, he will focus on implementing the company’s strategic direction, developing client-specific solutions to continuously improve insights and performance, and ensuring that RMS associates grow with ongoing training and development.

    Kuperman previously served as President, North America for RMS. Prior to joining the Company in 2005, originally as an intern, he worked in Italy and France for Michelin-rated restaurants and served as Executive Chef for Legoland in California. He holds a master’s degree in hospitality management from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in statistics from Northwestern University, and is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy.

    Joel Davis, previously Vice President of Operations for RMS, will be responsible for refining long-term strategic plans for RMS in the areas of management, operations and infrastructure. These initiatives range from advancing the company’s leadership in providing strategic consulting for restaurant owners to recruiting and growing top talent internally.

    Prior to joining RMS in 2014, Davis spent 13 years in operational leadership roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Excelsior College in Albany, New York, and an MBA from the University of Florida.
