The Suncoast Technology Forum presents a dynamic presentation by Christie Nolan on “Company Culture Series #2 – The Power of Visioning: Setting the Direction? Where is the Bus heading?” and the benefits for your local Suncoast business. All technologists, business owners, educators, and local government representatives will gain tremendous insight on this topic! This is the second installment of a three-part series covering Company Culture. The first topic covered “The Power of Company Culture“, and the final topic of the series is “Hiring, Retiring, and Letting Go – Getting the right people on (and off) the Bus“.
What is your bold promise for the future? Where is the bus heading? Envisioning the future of your company often results in a succinct statement that serves as the guiding image of success. Intending to inspire people, it provides a view of the future that everyone can believe in. Ultimately, when we get a vision right, we don’t really have a vision as much as the vision has us. Ideally, the statement is used on a daily basis to shape decisions, priorities, and approaches to how goals are tackled. This session will guide participants in a brief visioning process that can be applied in their organizations.
Highlights of the presentation will cover:
- Importance of visioning for business success
- Identifying what makes your organization unique
- Envisioning success for your business
