MBJ Group returns from Target Training International Conference
SARASOTA, Fla. — Co-owners from MBJ Group (MBJgroup.com), a talent management company, recently returned from Scottsdale, Ariz., after attending the prominent Target Training International Conference.
More than 400 of the most renowned coaches, recruiters and consultants joined together for the four-day conference to celebrate the legacy of TTI Success Insights, which provides behavior assessment tools to help business professionals learn more about themselves and their communication styles. This year marked the 11th time MBJ Group co-owners Jim and Mary Beth Bos have attended the annual conference.
“Attending the conference gives us the opportunity to learn about new products and market insights, obtain other professional’s insights and provide feedback on new products,” said MBJ Group co-owner Mary Beth Bos.
On Jan. 12-15, representatives from TTI Success Insights, The Dieken Group, The Brooks Group, Communication Works, Inc. and Perpetual Development, Inc., among numerous others, spoke on a variety of business-related topics, including influence, transforming a small business, growing your business through selection, generating sales and more.
Themed “The Best is Yet to Come,” this year’s Target Training International Conference focused on helping attendees set the stage for their best year to date with revenue-boosting strategies, as well as showcasing new ways to use TTI Success Insights tools and resources, including Target Training Behavioral Assessments, which are produced in 40 different languages.
“It’s an opportunity to dive in deeper to learn other ways of debriefing the assessments to our clients,” Mary Beth Bos said.
The Bos’ have been using Target Training Behavioral Assessments in their business for 15 years and were eager to learn the direction of Target Training International in the coming year following the passing of TTI founder Bill Bonnstetter last June.
The four-day event began with orientation and a networking reception and continued with daily breakout sessions, an awards presentation, luncheons, a celebration banquet and an evening at Top Golf, providing the Bos’ with an opportunity to network with other professionals in the field.
