TAMPA – Tampa Bay law firm Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the election of three new shareholders: Nathaniel S. Hatcher, Nicholas J. Outman, and Joshua C. Webb. This election now brings the firm’s number of shareholders to 63, of 104 attorneys.
Mr. Hatcher is a part of the firm’s Products Liability and Personal Injury Litigation Groups. He defends consumer product manufacturers involved in high exposure personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage litigation. Mr. Outman is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group, practicing in the areas of venture capital and private equity, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mr. Webb’s practice focuses on commercial and other complex litigation as part of the firm’s Litigation Group. He regularly represents clients in a variety of business disputes involving contract and tort claims, and devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing individuals and firms in the defense of professional liability claims, including legal malpractice and director and officer liability.
