Timberland Real Estate Brokers Join the Newly Launched CBCSRE Forestry Group
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – LAKELAND, FL (December 11, 2013) – Jack Vogel; Tony Wallace, CF; and John Holzaepfel, ACF, CF, principals of Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc. (NRPS), consulting foresters and real estate brokers, have officially joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate | Forestry Group.
In August 2013, Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, of CBC Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, FL, launched a new Forestry real estate division. The new division, the CBCSRE Forestry Group, was strategically created by Saunders and the three principals of Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc. (NRPS, Inc.) to expand the reach of the company into North Florida and to provide advanced timberland services to its clients. NRPS, Inc. is a provider of forestry and natural resource services, managing over 300,000 acres of southern forestland. Their offices are located in the North Florida timberland territory, where three NRPS offices are located, along with one NRPS office in Georgia.
Jack Vogel is a licensed real estate broker and consulting forester. He is founder and president of NRPS and has long-time experience providing forestry services, timberland management, and real estate sales.
Tony Wallace, CF is a licensed real estate broker, consulting forester, and is chief operating officer of NRPS. A long-time certified forester, he offers forestry and land management services to clients. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in both Florida and Georgia and a certified burn manager in Georgia.
John Holzaepfel, ACF, CF is a licensed real estate broker, consulting forester, and a principal of NRPS. He is a certified forester, certified arborist, Florida certified burn manger, and holds the certificate in Natural Areas Management. In addition, he is an authorized gopher tortoise agent and is Mining Safety and Health Association certified.
